GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 540
Overview
GloCell™ Fixable Viability Dye Violet 540 is excited by the violet laser at 405 nm and it has a fluorescence emission maximum of 540 nm that can be detected using the 525/50 band pass filter used to detect AmCyan.
