eProcurement Options

PunchOut provides a seamless integration between your eProcurement system for placing orders and our website. Once connected, you can use your own eProcurement system to access our website to browse and add products to your cart. The cart can then be "punched back" to your eProcurement system for automated generation of a purchase requisition, approval requests and, finally, purchase order submission.

You may request either Level 1 or Level 2 PunchOut:

Level 1 PunchOut:

  1. Go directly to our online catalog (PunchOut site) for shopping
  2. Add items to the cart and proceed to checkout
  3. Select “Transfer Your Order” to transmit the order back to your eProcurement System to finish transaction

Level 2 PunchOut:

  1. Search and add products within your own eProcurement system, without connecting to our online catalog (PunchOut site)
  2. Alternatively, connect from the search results to our PunchOut site for more detailed product information
  3. Select “Transfer Your Order” to transmit the order back to your eProcurement System to finish transaction

A hosted catalog is a static customized file containing product data, including: name, description, and price. The catalog file is uploaded to your eProcurement system, thereby allowing you to search for and add products to a purchase requisition directly in your system. The catalogs are regularly updated; however, for the most up-to-date and detailed product catalog, integrating via PunchOut is recommended.
