Course Overview
These courses are offered to STEMCELL Technologies’ authorized distributors and OEM partners on a number of routine servicing procedures for RoboSep™ or STEMvision™ instruments. Successful completion of the training courses qualifies participants to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repairs. It is highly recommended that participants have basic operational experience with the instruments and a strong background in electronics and instrument servicing. Successful completion of a written and practical exam is required to receive this level of certification. Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
