Use the Axygen® Sealing Film for Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) to seal microplates for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR applications. This 70 µm sealing film can be used in a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for other applications such as ELISA and cell culture. Designed to seal 96- and 384-well PCR microplates (e.g. Catalog #38098), this high clarity film allows for optical analysis during qPCR. The unique pressure-sensitive adhesive leaves no sticky residue, and therefore does not interfere with optical analysis.
