Overview

Start immuno-oncology experiments confidently with a reliable supply of ethically sourced, custom-isolated frozen peripheral blood plasma and serum from donors diagnosed with a hematological cancer.

Primary human plasma is isolated from peripheral blood using centrifugation. Primary human serum is isolated from peripheral blood after coagulation and removal of the fibrin clot and blood cells. All frozen peripheral blood products are obtained from donors diagnosed with a hematological cancer using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation to meet institutional requirements is available upon request. Acid-citrate-dextrose (ACD), acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA), citrate-phosphate-dextrose (CPD), citrate-phosphate-double-dextrose (CP2D), or citrate-phosphate-dextrose-adenine (CPDA) is added during collection as an anticoagulant.

Contact your local sales representative or Product & Scientific Support at techsupport@stemcell.com for donor specifications (BMI category, smoking status, ethnicity, etc.). Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Certain products are only available in select territories.
