Plating efficiency of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes was assessed 1 day after replating at low density in either STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium or STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium. Across 4 hPSC lines, plating efficiency was improved when cardiomyocytes were replated in STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium (51% ± 3%, n=15) compared to STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium (16% ± 1%, n=15).

Representative images of replated hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes were replated at low density in either STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium or STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium. 1 day after replating, hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes exhibit improved attachment when replated with STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium.

Microelectrode array recordings of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes replated using either STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium or STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium. Cardiomyocytes were maintained for 1 week with STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Maintenance Medium. Across 4 hPSC lines, cardiomyocytes retain a stable beat rate when replated using STEMdiff™ Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium.
