RosetteSep™ is a unique immunodensity cell isolation platform that isolates highly purified cells during density gradient centrifugation. With RosetteSep™, isolating untouched cells from human whole blood samples is fast, easy, and uses no columns or magnets.
In order to optimize your cell isolations using RosetteSep™, we recommend using the appropriate density medium. There are a number of different density media available to suit your particular needs:

- Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment (Catalog #15022)
- Human CD8+ T Cell Enrichment (Catalog #15023)
- Human B Cell Enrichment (Catalog #15024)

- HLA Lymphoid Cell Enrichment Kit (Catalog #15271HLA)
- HLA Myeloid Cell Enrichment Kit (Catalog #15272HLA)
*Lymphoprep™ is a trademark of Axis-Shield. Lymphoprep™ is equivalent to Ficoll-Paque™ in composition and has the exact same density. Lymphoprep™ can be used interchangeably with Ficoll-Paque™ for RosetteSep™ separations.
These density media can all be used in conjunction with our SepMate™ tubes, for quick and easier layering of blood, allowing for consistent and hassle-free density-based cell separation in as little as 15 minutes.
