Isolate Mouse Immune Cells
Use EasySep™ for highly purified cells in as little as 15 minutes
Isolate mouse immune cells in as little as 15 minutes with our EasySep™ mouse cell isolation kits.
That's a time savings of up to 45 minutes per separation compared to other negative selection kits.
Mouse B cells, pan-B cells, T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, naïve CD4+ T cells, memory CD4+ T cells, naïve CD8+ T cells, NK cells, monocytes, hematopoietic progenitor cells, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), and myeloid-derived suppressor cells are untouched, highly purified, and ready for immediate downstream use after cell separation.
Why Use EasySep™ to Isolate Cells?
- Isolate highly purified mouse immune cells in as little as 15 minutes.
- Obtain viable, functional cells without the need for columns and washes.
- Achieve purities of up to 99%.
- Process up to 16 samples over a wide range of sample sizes at the same time.
How Does EasySep™ Work?
Typical EasySep™ Mouse Cell Isolation Protocol (Negative Selection)
EasySep™ is a column-free immunomagnetic system for the fast and easy isolation of cells that are immediately ready for downstream applications. Cells are targeted using antibody complexes directed toward specific cell surface antigens, which link targeted cells to EasySep™ magnetic particles. Labeled cells are pulled to the sides of the tube when the sample is placed in an EasySep™ magnet. Magnetically labeled cells remain in the tube while the untouched cells can be simply poured or pipetted off into a new tube.

How does EasySep™ Perform?
EasySep™ protocols are optimized for the efficient isolation of mouse cells with high purity and recovery.
Figure 1. Typical EasySep™ Mouse B Cell Isolation Profile
Starting with mouse splenocytes, the B cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 94% - 98%.
Figure 2. Typical EasySep™ Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Profile
Starting with mouse splenocytes, the CD4+ T cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 89% - 96%.
Figure 3. EasySep™ Yields Equivalent or Better Purities of Mouse CD11b+ Cells Compared to a Column-Based Technology
CD11b+ cells were isolated from mouse spleen by positive selection using EasySep™ or a competitor’s column-based kit. Both the competitor's standard protocol and their optional "high purity" protocol, with a recommended additional column, were tested. EasySep™ isolation yielded comparable or better purity (A) and recovery (B). Data shown as mean ± SEM; n = 4 - 6.
