Isolate Cells from Whole Blood without Columns or Magnets: RosetteSep™ Immunodensity Cell Separation
Describes statistical models that can be used to estimate the probability of monoclonality for limiting dilution cloning and semi-solid cloning
RosetteSep™ is a unique immunodensity cell separation technology that condenses the isolation of purified cells from whole blood to a single step. Usually cell isolation begins by taking a blood sample, performing density gradient centrifugation to isolate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), and then isolating purified cells from the PBMCs through magnetic cell isolation. RosetteSep™ saves time, reduces effort, and minimizes cell losses by isolating purified cell subsets during density gradient centrifugation.
