Correlating TEER Values with Air-Liquid Interface Culture Morphology

Learn how transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) values relate to the morphological characteristics of your air-liquid interface (ALI) culture in this 3-minute video. After watching, you will also have a better understanding of how TEER values may vary based on ALI culture performance. The TEER values shown are for human bronchial epithelial cells (HBECs) passaged in PneumaCult™-Ex Plus Medium and differentiated in PneumaCult™-ALI Medium. If you are working with other epithelial cell types or using a different culture media, the TEER values may vary.
