Applications and Analysis of Organoids
In this webinar, Drs. Ryan Conder (STEMCELL Technologies) and Oksana Sirenko (Molecular Devices) discuss the products and protocols for culturing, applying, and analyzing organoid model systems. First, Dr. Conder describes the characterization of intestinal and liver organoids grown using IntestiCult™ and HepatiCult™, then shows their application to assess cytotoxicity of potential pharmacological compounds. Following this, Dr. Sirenko highlights the use of automated imaging to analyze organoid cultures for specific markers or stains.
