The Proficiency Testing program is designed to standardize the hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assay. Participants will be assessed on their proficiency at performing bone marrow colony assays using human bone marrow, focusing on the following aspects: 1. Sample Preparation 2. Plating and Set-Up of Colony CFU Assay 3. Colony Enumeration and Identification Proficiency Testing programs are available only in certain territories.
