About
Products
EasySep
®
is a powerful immunomagnetic column-free cell isolation system that uses Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC) recognizing specific cell surface antigens and dextran-coated magnetic particles to select or deplete cells of interest. Labeled cells are linked to EasySep
®
magnetic particles and are separated using an EasySep
®
magnet. For positive cell isolation, cells of interest are labeled and remain in the tube in the magnet, while unlabeled cells are poured off. For negative cell isolation, unwanted cells are labeled for depletion while cells of interest are poured off into a new tube, and are untouched.

Flow Cytometry Compatible
The EasySep
®
magnetic particles do not interfere with subsequent FACS analysis or other downstream applications and do not need to be removed.
