The NeuroCult® Enzymatic Dissociation Kit for Adult CNS Tissue (Mouse and Rat) is recommended for the enzymatic digestion and dissociation of adult mouse and rat CNS tissue. The NeuroCult® Enzymatic Dissociation Kit for Adult CNS Tissue (Mouse and Rat) is composed of four optimized solutions which will enzymatically digest tissue from adult mouse and rat CNS, inactivate the enzyme digestion reactions and generate the final single cell suspension. The solutions have been optimized to ensure that the entire procedure is fast, reproducible and yields high total cell numbers and cell viability.
