Hydrocortisone must be added to MyeloCult® medium at a final concentration of 10-6 M for long-term cultures and the long-term culture-initiating cell assay, for both human and mouse cells.
 
Hydrocortisone must also be added to EpiCult®-B medium and MammoCult® Medium.
 
Diluted stock solution must be prepared freshly each week.
