ALDECOUNT
® is an FDA-cleared (USA only) in vitro diagnostic use (IVD) product for the identification and enumeration of cells with stem and progenitor cell properties by flow cytometry. The product is approved for use with fresh or frozen human peripheral blood, leukapheresis samples, umbilical cord blood and bone marrow.
ALDECOUNT
® utilizes the same novel technology as
ALDEFLUOR®, and is conveniently supplied in a single test format for labeling and analysis of stem cells. ALDECOUNT
® is also available as a Research Use Only (RUO) product for customers in other countries.
ALDECOUNT® IS: - Used as a post-thaw marker for stem cell viability of graft product
- Used to enumerate mobilized stem cells and to enumerate and monitor circulating progenitor cells
- Can be used to detect as low as 0.1% ALDHbr cells
- Compatible with immunophenotyping procedures
