This online course will guide you through the following topics:

An overview of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) biology
An explanation of how to assess hPSC quality and characteristics
A description of how to maintain hPSC culture, including coating practices, media options, passaging, and cryopreservation

The on-demand course is divided into 6 sessions, which should be reviewed sequentially. The sessions range from approximately 7 - 43 minutes in duration and the entire course, including the final assessment, can be completed in under 2 hours.
