Enhance Sensitivity of Downstream Assays with Highly Purified Cells for Multiple Myeloma and CLL Research

Isolating multiple myeloma cells can greatly enhance the sensitivity of downstream FISH assays. This webinar highlights recent data showing that genetic abnormalities are detected by FISH probes at much higher rates in CD138+-enriched samples than in unseparated samples, and that RoboSep™, the fully automated cell separator, offers superior performance in plasma cell isolation compared to a column-based platform.
