Overview

Choose ready-to-use, ethically sourced, primary mononuclear cells from diseased peripheral blood, including asthma, celiac disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Crohn's disease, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, lupus (SLE), osteoarthritis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. Get the cells you need with custom products, flexible delivery times, and the option to reserve entire lots to prescreen cells for applications.

Isolated using density gradient separation or red blood cell lysis and cryopreserved in animal component-free CryoStor®CS10 medium (Catalog #07930) or serum-free medium, cells are collected using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Additional documentation and high-resolution HLA typing (Class I and Class II alleles and CMV status) are available upon request. Citrate-phosphate-dextrose-adenine 1 (CPDA-1), acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA), acid-citrate-dextrose solution B (ACDB), or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is used as an anticoagulant during collection. Donor specifications (e.g. BMI category, smoking status, ethnicity, etc.) can be requested in the comment box above, after selecting from the product options. Donors are screened for HIV-1, HIV-2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.
