Choose ready-to-use, ethically sourced, primary mononuclear cells from donors diagnosed with psoriasis. Psoriasis is an immune-mediated disease that causes raised, scaly patches on the skin due to systemic inflammation. Cells from donors with psoriasis can be used as a cell model to study the molecular mechanisms of the disorder, such as keratinocyte differentiation and the cellular response to various stimuli. Get the cells you need with custom products, flexible delivery times, and the option to reserve entire lots to prescreen cells for applications.
Isolated using density gradient separation or red blood cell lysis and cryopreserved in animal component-free CryoStor®CS10 medium (Catalog #07930) or serum-free medium, cells are collected using Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols. Citrate-phosphate-dextrose-adenine 1 (CPDA-1), acid-citrate-dextrose solution A (ACDA), acid-citrate-dextrose solution B (ACDB), or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is used as an anticoagulant during collection.
