Overview
The EBV (BZLF1) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 59 peptides from trans-activator protein BZLF1 of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV; strain B95-8). BZLF1 is a DNA-binding protein that acts as a switch from latent infection to lytic infection. The pool consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 245 on BZLF1.
