Overview

The EBV (EBNA-1) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 158 peptides from Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA-1) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV; strain B95-8). EBNA-1 plays a critical role in the stable latent infection by EBV and may contribute to the survival of EBV-infected cells through its interaction with ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 7 (USP7). The pool consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 641 on EBNA-1.
