Overview

Axygen® Sealing Film for Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) is designed for applications such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR. Axygen® Sealing Film for Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) can be used in a wide range of temperatures, making them suitable for other applications such as ELISA and cell culture. Designed to seal 96- and 384-well PCR microplates (e.g. Catalog #38098), the film has high clarity that allows for optical analysis during qPCR. Unique pressure-sensitive adhesive leaves no sticky residue that can interfere with optical analysis. Axygen® Sealing Film for Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) is RNase/DNase-free, non-sterile, and is an easy and cost-effective method for sealing plates.
