For cloning by the limiting dilution method, we offer a chemically defined animal component-free liquid growth medium . Addition of our animal component-free supplement can greatly improve cloning efficiencies at this critical step. For semi-solid cloning methods, saves time by combining the selection and cloning steps, as each individual colony is suspended in specialized semi-solid CHO media. To customize the semi-solid medium, use our ClonaCell™ FLEX , a base semi-solid medium to which a growth medium of choice is added.
