Join our live webinar lead by Dr. Suzan Imren, as she discusses her current work in Dr. Colleen Delaney’s lab regarding the role of notch in the expansion of human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) in vitro.1 Dr. Imren will also review her previous work at the Terry Fox Laboratory in Vancouver, BC, studying the role of HOX transcription factors as stimulators of human HSPC self-renewal ex vivo and modeling de novo leukemogenesis from cord blood.2
Suzan Imren, MD, is Senior Staff Scientist at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC) and MD at the Seattle Children’s Hospital. She has been an author on over 10 publications related to her work on cord blood HSC expansion, and work regarding in vivo models of human leukemogenesis.
