Are You Genome Editing Yet?
The scientific landscape is constantly changing, making it challenging for researchers to keep up. As Scientists Helping Scientists, we strive to support researchers and the advancement of science.
Genome editing is transforming cell biology research but can be challenging to set up in the lab. We are asking for your feedback on this topic to start a discussion on key challenges. As a thank you for your time and effort, we are offering a chance to win a $500 USD travel award to a conference of your choice, as well as an opportunity to take part in a pilot program to support your CRISPR-Cas9 experimental design.
Share Your Views on Genome Editing
Genome editing techniques, including CRISPR-Cas9, have been recognized as powerful tools to aid the study of cellular functions, model diseases, and provide future cell and gene therapies. However, they can also be challenging for newcomers to adopt. Share your views on genome editing in our 15-minute survey.
This survey will ask you about
- yourself, your research area, and your lab
- your familiarity and experience with genome editing
- your interest and comfort level with using CRISPR-Cas9 technology in your research
- potential challenges in genome editing
Complete the survey by December 9, 2018 for a chance to win a travel award. The winner will be announced mid-December.
