EasySep® for Other Cells
EasySep® is an extremely versatile system that can be adapted to isolate virtually any cell type from any species and sample. Mouse IgG1 antibodies directed against virtually any cell surface antigen can be incorporated directly into the EasySep® Tetrameric Antibody Complex (TAC). Alternatively, cells can be labeled with conjugated primary antibodies of any subclass and isolated using a TAC directed against biotin, PE, FITC or APC.
Any EasySep® Positive Selection Kit can also be used for cell depletion using a modified protocol.
