EasySep® for Negative Selection of Human Cells
Unwanted cells are labeled with a cocktail of antibodies, and then crosslinked to magnetic particles. The sample is placed in the EasySep® magnet, and after incubation, the desired cells are poured or pipetted into a new tube while the magnetically labeled (unwanted) cells remain in the original tube. Desired cells are not labeled with antibody or magnetic particles.
