Prices
Prices are currently unavailable on this website because of the number of countries served. Please contact your local STEMCELL Technologies office or your local distributor for a current price list.
Shipping & Delivery
North America. All North American orders are shipped FOB STEMCELL Technologies, Vancouver, BC, Canada, or STEMCELL Technologies Seattle, WA, USA, freight pre-paid and added to your invoice as a separate item. Orders are shipped within 1 or 2 working days, depending upon the time of day we receive the order. Shipments are sent every Monday to Thursday via overnight courier service for delivery on the next business day.
International. STEMCELL Technologies has a number of international distributors to service customers located in other countries. Customers from countries that do not have an official STEMCELL Technologies international distributor are served directly by STEMCELL Technologies’ head office in Vancouver, Canada. International orders are shipped on Fridays by freight forwarder. To meet the shipping deadline, we require the order no later than Wednesday morning. Please contact us regarding delivery of international orders for non-distributor countries.
EUC. Orders are shipped DDP, STEMCELL Technologies, Grenoble, France, freight pre-paid and added to your invoice as a separate item. Without prior agreement, orders for other countries are shipped DDU. Orders received before 12:00 pm CET, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are shipped the same day with next day delivery service for Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Sweden & United Kingdom. Iceland and Norway are shipped as above but the delivery time is 48 hrs. We offer a dispatch service on Thursday and Friday but some conditions do apply. Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may endeavour to meet your requests for these days.
Note: All countries not listed as 24 or 48 hour delivery, must contact the European Office for shipping details.
Australia. Ordering hours are 8:30 am-5 pm EST. Orders placed by 11:30 am EST are shipped the same day for Melbourne Metro – not including Werribee & Geelong. Overnight to all Major Capital cities Metro - Regional 1 - 2 day service including DRW, TSV, CNS, and ARM. For items that are not in stock, orders need to be received by 4 pm Wednesday for delivery the following week. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or special shipping requests.
Conditions
Products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not to be administered to humans or used for diagnostic purposes. The purchaser shall not make products available for the purpose of further resale or alter the product label and the STEMCELL Technologies mark of origin without the express written permission of STEMCELL Technologies.

Claims & Returns
Product returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Any claim for credit or returned goods must be made within seven days of receipt. STEMCELL Technologies reserves the right to test a sample of the product prior to authorizing the return of the remaining product and to deny return if, in the opinion of STEMCELL Technologies, the product complaint is a result of a specialized or inappropriate usage or handling rather than a failure of the product to meet specifications. No return of custom products will be authorized if product meets specifications on custom order form. In case of a purchasing error or change in order after the product has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. If STEMCELL Technologies makes a shipping error, a replacement product will be shipped at no charge or the customer’s account will be credited.
Limited Product Warranty
Product information in this catalog is abbreviated. Full product information is available on Product Information Sheets provided with our products or available from us by request. All products supplied by STEMCELL Technologies are warranted to meet or exceed the specifications provided on our Product Information Sheets when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. Should any product fail to perform as specified, STEMCELL Technologies will credit the purchase price to the customer’s account or replace the product free of charge. This warranty is exclusive and limits our liability to the replacement of the product or, at our option, full credit of the original purchase price. This warranty will not apply to product that fails to perform its specific function due to misuse, improper storage, use beyond expiry date or accidental damage to the product.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE PROVIDED BY STEMCELL TECHNOLOGIES. STEMCELL SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE, THE RESULTS OF USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT.

Order anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year online, or by email or fax. If your order arrives outside our normal business hours, it will be quickly processed at the beginning of the next business day.
Note: Orders placed by phone require a written confirmation by fax or email. Confirmations should be clearly marked “Confirmation: Do not Duplicate”. For all orders that are received, STEMCELL will send a written confirmation by return email or fax with the shipping date, expected day of arrival, any corrected pricing and an estimated shipping charge.
