UPCOMING RELEASES

STEMSOFT is currently arranging our 2011 StemLab Users Group Meeting and we want you to be a part of it! This coming year, STEMSOFT is pleased to announce the following two options to our users:

1.		A StemLab Users Group Meeting in conjunction with the Annual ISCT Meeting held in Rotterdam May 2011. This casual session will provide you with time to network with other StemLab users and access to STEMSOFT's experts to help answer any questions unique to your deployment.

2.		A StemLab Users Group Meeting in Vancouver, BC. STEMSOFT is launching a three day hands-on meeting at our Corporate Offices in beautiful Vancouver, BC Canada. This session would be designed to provide our users with an introduction to STEMSOFT's departments and processes, a chance to take a closer look into StemLab and the different ways our clients our using the system, case studies on accreditation compliance questions and more. This session will take place during the week of July 18. 2011; exact dates are still to be finalized. Clients will also have the option to sign up for personalized training in our offices before/after this session. Please note, all travel related expenses are the responsibility of our clients. Personalized training sessions held after the Users Group Meeting are subject to an hourly fee, please contact STEMSOFT for a personalized quotation.

In an effort to plan appropriately for these events STEMSOFT requests you complete the form at http://www.stemsoft.com/Forms/Users_Group_Registration.aspx to indicate your interest in attending either (or both) of these events. We do encourage you to confirm your interest in these sessions immediately, as registration spaces will be limited. Further details on both of these sessions will be sent to existing StemLab Users and those that specify interest.

Darren Hamhuis has been behind the scenes inside STEMSOFT's Development Team since 2002 and has played a crucial part in designing the updates for all of our applications along with the creation of standardized Data Migration Packages, Device Interfaces and HL7 Interfaces. Darren has recently been promoted to a Team Lead position to help take STEMSOFT products to the next level. Watch for the Hamhuis name in the NHL this season!
