Description
This technical bulletin describes a method to sequentially isolate lymphoid (T and B) and myeloid lineages, starting with a single human whole blood sample of less than 4 mL, and using the fully automated cell separator RoboSep™. The RoboSep™ sequential separation protocol is especially useful for laboratories performing chimerism analysis after hematopoietic cell transplantation, especially on samples from pediatric patients.
