Learn more about how STEMvision™ works by using our online colony counting application. This application will enable your colleagues to become familiar with the Colony Marker interface used by STEMvision™ and will allow you to compare colony counts between technicians and colleagues in your laboratory, as well as to the counts from STEMvision™.
You will be asked to choose one or two dishes that appear the most representative of dishes in your laboratory. All of the dishes presented have a low red blood cell background for optimal results. You will also be asked to select three technicians in your laboratory to complete this colony counting exercise. |
