STEMCELL Technologies encourages customers to participate in our Proficiency Testing Programs, which are aimed at the standardization of all steps in performing hematopoietic colony assays for the enumeration of bone marrow or cord blood progenitors.
Participants will be assessed on their proficiency at performing cord blood colony assays, focusing on the following aspects:
- Sample Preparation
- Plating and Set-up of Colony Assay
- Colony Enumeration and Identification
