The core of STEMCELL Technologies Cell Isolation System: The Tetrametric Antibody Complex (TAC) crosslinks cells to either dextran-coated magnetic particles (shown) or red blood cells.

STEMCELL Technologies offers a wide range of solutions for the isolation of virtually any cell type from any species.

By harnessing the stability and versatility of the STEMCELL's Tetrameric Antibody Complex (TAC) technology, a variety of cell separation solutions are available for the positive or negative selection of a wide range of cell and sample types.

Positive Selection: The desired cells are labeled
Negative Selection: Unwanted cells are targeted (labeled) for depletion, leaving desired cells untouched

EasySep®

EasySep^® is a powerful immunomagnetic column-free cell isolation system that uses specific antibodies to target cells and crosslink them to magnetic particles. Cells can be magnetically labeled either for selection (of desired cells) or depletion (of unwanted cells), and are then separated using an EasySep^® magnet.
