StemSep™ Column Based Cell Separation System
StemSep™ is an immunomagnetic column-based cell isolation system, in which cells are labeled with TAC, crosslinked to StemSep™ magnetic particles, and then separated using a column held in a magnet. StemSep™ can select or deplete cells from any sample type in a single cell suspension.

The Tetrametric Antibody Complex (TAC) crosslinks cells to other targets for selection, such as dextran-coated magnetic particles (shown) or red blood cells.

EasySep™, RoboSep™ RosetteSep™ and StemSep™ harness the powerful Tetrameric Antibody Complex (TAC) technology for either positive or negative selection.

TACs stably crosslink cells expressing specific surface markers to other targets for selection, such as dextran-coated magnetic particles (for immunomagnetic selection) or red blood cells (for immunodensity enrichment). The crosslinked cells can then be quickly separated from the remaining untouched cells.
