StemSpan® CC110 contains a combination of recombinant human cytokines formulated to support the proliferation of human hematopoietic progenitors. It should be used in combination with StemSpan® SFEM or StemSpan® H3000 serum-free expansion media.

Recommended for:
• Culture and expansion of human hematopoietic cells including CD34+ cells, stem cells and progenitor cells
• Contains early-acting cytokines and is primarily meant for use in short-term cultures to activate stem cell and immature progenitor cell cycling, without necessarily promoting the proliferation and differentiation of later progenitors
• Recommended if stem cell cycling is desired (i.e. for lentiviral and retroviral gene transfer)
