StemSep® Box
A combination of mouse and rat monoclonal antibodies purified from mouse ascites or hybridoma culture supernatant. Purified by affinity chromatography using Protein A or Protein G Sepharose. These antibodies are bound in bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC), which are directed against CD45RA and dextran. The subclass of the mouse monoclonal antibody is IgG1. CD45RA is an isoform of the leukocyte common antigen. It is expressed on naïve T lymphocytes and antigen density decreases upon in vitro activation. CD45RA is also expressed on most B cells, NK cells and monocytes.
