StemSep® Box
A combination of mouse and rat monoclonal antibodies purified from mouse ascites or hybridoma culture supernatant. Purified by affinity chromatography using Protein A or Protein G Sepharose. These antibodies are bound in bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC), which are directed against CD25 and dextran. The subclass of the mouse monoclonal antibody is IgG1. CD25, the IL-2 receptor alpha chain, forms part of the IL-2 receptor complex. It is expressed on activated T and B cells and on monocytes.
