RosetteSep™ DM-M is a density gradient medium designed specifically for use with RosetteSep™ cocktails for the enrichment of specific human myeloid (CD33+) cells from whole blood. RosetteSep™ DM-M has a density of 1.085 g/mL and an osmolarity of 290 mOsm. Where indicated, the product has been CE Marked in the EU according to the 98/79/EC in vitro diagnostic device directive and complies with its requirements.
