ClonaCell®-CHO CD Medium, 90 mL
ClonaCell®-CHO CD Medium is a chemically-defined, protein-free and animal-component free semi-solid medium that allows for the simultaneous selection and cloning of suspension-adapted Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. Limiting dilutions are not required. This medium is compatible with dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR), glutamine synthetase (GS), and antibiotic selection systems.
