Natural Killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes that belong to the innate immune system. Their main function is to kill infected or transformed cells and secrete cytokines that mediate a variety of anti-viral/tumor immune responses.

Cell isolation

Isolate NK cells from any source including whole blood and buffy coat. Our cell isolation kits are fast, easy, and optimized to isolate highly purified and functional NK cells with high recovery for a variety of studies such as NK cell signaling, cytotoxic and cytolytic activity, and cytokine secretion.

Culture medium

Use MyeloCult H5100 for the culture of human NK cell lines and purified NK cells with addition of IL-2.

Antibodies

Antibodies are available against human or mouse NK cells.

Primary cells

Purified frozen cells are available.
