ES-Cult® Endothelial Collagen and Medium Kit
The ES-Cult® Endothelial Collagen and Medium Kit contains components for the formation of a collagen matrix for the subculture of mouse embryonic stem cell (mESC)-derived embryoid bodies (EBs) to promote the formation of endothelial-like sprouts. Addition of appropriate cytokines is required. This kit should be used in combination with other ES-Cult® pre-screened products to ensure optimal performance.
