Reversible Strainer
Reversible strainer for filtration and isolation of cellular aggregates. Polypropylene casing with embedded 37 µm nylon mesh filter. Single cells will pass through the 37 µm strainer and can be collected. Aggregates larger than 50 cells in size will be trapped on the strainer, and can be recovered separately. Useful for embryoid body (EB) harvesting from AggreWell™ plates.
 
Other applications include separation of single cells from aggregates where the single cells are desired, eg. tissue dissociation or flow cytometry.
