Hematologic malignancies are a group of cancers that arise from malignant transformation of bone marrow derived cells.  These include leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, aplasia, myelodysplasias, and other neoplastic diseases of the bone marrow or blood.

Cell Separation

Isolation of Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma Cells with EasySep
Isolate cells for molecular cytogenetics (i.e. fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)) and molecular genetic analysis (i.e. RT-PCR or PCR-based STR genotyping).  Kits are available for the isolation of multiple myeloma (CD138+) cells, B cells from chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patient samples, and granulocytes (CD33+/CD66b+) from myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patient samples.
