STEMCELL Technologies’ training course on Mesenchymal Stem Cells is designed to provide hands-on instruction in the culture of human and mouse mesenchymal stem cells. The course will teach participants how to dissect mouse compact bone for the isolation of MSCs and how to culture mouse MSCs derived from compact bone and bone marrow. Participants will also learn how to culture human bone marrow-derived MSCs in serum- and xeno-free medium. Upon completion of the course, participants will have a thorough understanding of mesenchymal stem cell biology and current practices in the field.
