Supplement for Differentiating Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells into Osteogenic Progenitors

  • MesenCult® Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human)
MesenCult® Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human)
The MesenCult® Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human) is specifically formulated for the in vitro differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into osteogenic progenitors and for the detection and enumeration of human colony-forming unit - osteoblast (CFU-O). This kit also supports CFU-O assays from rat bone marrow cells. The Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (Human) should not be used on cells previously cultured with MesenCult®-XF Medium (Catalog #05420). To differentiate MSCs previously cultured in MesenCult®-XF into osteogenic progenitors, the Osteogenic Stimulatory Kit (for MSCs cultured in MesenCult®-XF) should be used (Catalog #05434). This kit also supports CFU-O assays from rat bone marrow cells.
