The Proficiency Testing program is designed to standardize the hematopoietic colony-forming cell (CFC) assay. Participants will be assessed on their proficiency at performing bone marrow colony assays, focusing on the following aspects:
• Sample Preparation
• Plating and Set-up of Colony Assay
• Colony Enumeration and Identification
