HIT Serum Substitute (5X) 100 mL
HIT Serum Substitute has been developed for use in applications where a culture medium of defined composition is required. It contains only human-derived or recombinant human proteins. This product contains pre-tested batches of human serum albumin, insulin and transferrin (HIT) in Iscove’s MDM. It can be used to prepare serum-free media formulations, with the addition of desired cytokines and supplements, for the culture of human hematopoietic progenitors.
