This fetal bovine serum (FBS) has been tested with all the reagents used in the preparation of MethoCult® for mouse myeloid colony-forming cells (CFU-E, BFU-E, CFU-GM and CFU-GEMM). It should be used in the preparation of complete methylcellulose-based medium for mouse cells. Suitlable for suspension culture of mouse hematopoietic cells.
