Culture Dish and Slide Kit
The Culture Dish and Slide Kit contains 80 Petri dishes, 50 glass slides, 50 spacers and 50 filter cards. It is recommended for performing colony assays in collagen gels using CollagenCult® or MegaCult® collagen-based media, for the detection of hematopoietic progenitors. Collagen gels are cultured in 35 mm Petri dishes and transferred to glass slides for dehydration, fixation and morphological or immunohistochemical staining.
