This Collagenase Type I has been pre-tested for the solubilization of collagen gels and the efficient disruption of embryoid bodies (EBs) derived from embryonic stem cells (ESCs). This product has been pre-screened for optimal performance when used with other reagents of the ES-Cult® product line for the In vitro hematopoietic differentiation of murine ESCs.
