CollagenCult® H4742 Kit
CollagenCult® H4742 is optimized for the detection and quantification of human hematopoietic progenitors in bone marrow (BM), mobilized peripheral blood (MPB) and cord blood (CB) samples. It is suitable for CD34+-enriched cells, mononuclear cells and cells isolated by other purification methods.
 
CollagenCult® H4742 will support optimal growth of human erythroid progenitors (BFU-E), granulocyte-macrophage progenitors (CFU-GM) and multi-potential granulocyte, erythroid, macrophage and megakaryocyte progenitors (CFU-GEMM) with the addition of recombinant cytokines. It is also suitable for the detection of mouse granulocyte-macrophage progenitors (CFU-GM) with the addition of cytokines.
 
CollagenCult® is recommended for the characterization of hematopoietic colonies by cytochemical or immunohistochemical staining, and the creation of permanent records.
